OX Cleaning
Website for a cleaning company: 22 services, instant prices with online booking and card payment for home cleans, and local pages for 15 Oxfordshire towns.
OX Removals
Website for a removals company: instant quotes, card payments, 679 pages for local and international searches, and a back office for running the jobs.
The job
Removal prices depend on how much there is to move, the distance, access and the date. Customers want a price straight away, and the business needs every price it shows to be one it can actually do the job for.
What I built
- A four-step quote form with an item list, postcode address lookup, a route map and a move-date calendar
- Photo and video upload in the quote, and quotes that can be emailed and picked up later
- One pricing engine used by both the browser and the server, so the price shown is the price charged
- Stripe card payments for deposits
- An admin panel, a provider portal and move tracking for customers
- 679 pages in the sitemap: 16 services across 39 towns, 15 international routes and 9 moving guides
- Structured data for the business, its FAQs and every town it covers
- Google reviews on the site and a dedicated reviews page
- Self-hosted fonts, cache-stamped assets and a Node and SQLite backend with backups
